Our Model Safety program is aimed to allow you to feel confidence and be part of a network that celebrates individuality.

In a world where safety is paramount, Margot’s Model Safety Program is not just about meeting new people, it’s about creating a safe space where you can be free of fear, judgement and without worry about personal well-being. We believe that safety shouldn’t be a concern in your interactions with us - it should be a guarantee.

Our top priority is your safety. We’ve designed our program with multiple layers of security measures to ensure that your first-time meetings are conducted in a secure, public environment where you can feel comfortable and safe. From vetting participants to monitoring meeting spaces, every detail is scrutinized to ensure your safety.

Screening Participants: Every participant is thoroughly screened and vetted before they can join the program. This includes background checks and verification of personal details to ensure the authenticity of each individual. I.D is mandatory - Consent, Personal Boundaries and Emergency Contact details must be completed before progressing to the audition stage. This also provides a clear outlook of what to expect at your audition or photoshoot without fear that you might be asked to do something you are not comfortable with. 

Secure Meeting Spaces: All initial meetings are conducted in secure public spaces that are monitored for safety by third parties. These spaces are designed to be as friendly and stress-free as possible, whilst providing you the secure knowledge that there are plenty of people who are nearby and you can freely and simply leave at any time should you wish to. 

Safety Protocols: The program has strict safety protocols in place. These include rules about personal conduct, respect for others, and adherence to agreed-upon meeting times and places. We insist that you always tell a friend or family member where you are going, what time you will be back and provide them with both your contact details and our emergency contact details. 

Monitoring and Support: Our team is always on standby to provide support and intervene if necessary. We monitor meetings to ensure they are conducted in a safe and respectful manner. We have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior towards women. During all of your meetings or photo-shoots with us, you will be asked to check-in with your friend or family member via phone or video-call to assure them of your safety. We want you to feel as safe and comfortable in a situation which we appreciate can be a bit daunting. 

Feedback System: After each meeting, participants are encouraged to provide feedback. This helps us identify any issues and take appropriate action.
